- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Ensuring your email address remains valid and accessible
Security Reminder:
Never share your account password with anyone. Our administrators will never ask for your password.
If you suspect your account has been compromised, change your password immediately and contact us.
4. User-Generated Content
Our platform allows you to create and share various types of content, including:
- Bible Notes: Personal notes on Bible verses
- Comments: Verse-level and chapter-level discussions
- Community Posts: Posts in the Community Feed
- Study Resources: Educational resources and links
- Audio Comments: Audio recordings for comments
- Images: Images attached to posts
You retain ownership of your content, but by posting, you grant us a license to:
- Display, store, and distribute your content on our platform
- Moderate and remove content that violates these terms
- Use anonymized data for service improvement
Storage and Retention:
- We cannot guarantee indefinite storage of user-generated posts, comments, audio, images, or videos.
- In line with GDPR storage limitation principles, content is kept only as long as necessary and for no more than 3 years; older or inactive items (e.g., no access/modification for 12 consecutive months) may be archived or deleted sooner, subject to applicable law and, where required, prior notice via platform announcement or email.
- Please keep personal backups of any content you wish to preserve long-term.
- Where applicable, you may request removal of your content; we will honor valid requests consistent with legal obligations and our technical/log retention requirements (e.g., network/security logs retained for at least 6 months under cybersecurity laws).
Content Safety Reminder:
- Do NOT post: Personal addresses, phone numbers, email addresses (except in private messages),
financial information, social security numbers, or any sensitive personal data
- Do NOT post: Content that could identify your location, daily routines, or personal safety information
- Be cautious when sharing personal testimonies or stories that might reveal sensitive information
- Remember: Content you post may be visible to other users depending on your privacy settings
5. Intellectual Property
Bible Texts: The Bible translations available through our service may be protected by copyright.
Please respect the copyright holders' rights and use the texts in accordance with their terms.
Platform Content: Our website's design, functionality, code, and original content are the
intellectual property of Yeshua Word Fellowship and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without permission.
User Content: You retain ownership of content you create, but you grant us a license to use it
as described in Section 4.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
- Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

We do not guarantee:

- That the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- That defects will be corrected
- The quality or suitability of user-generated content

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yeshua Word Fellowship shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether
incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses,
resulting from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant
changes via email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of the service after changes
are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. We may delete your account and
